I own financial-data delivery, client and provider relationships, mapping releases and technical mentoring for a family-office SaaS platform.

• Client retention & growth. Retained a major data-services client at risk of churn by rebuilding its Python delivery and reconciliation workflow and clearing the backlog. Own onboarding, client communication and incident resolution as account coverage roughly tripled over one year.
• AI agent orchestration. Defined validation checks, mapping-readiness criteria and handoffs between reporting and mapping agents. Built workflows in which agents generate and test provider mappings and Python preprocessing changes, reconcile results, and route transaction-validation failures back for fixes and rechecks. Made mapping deployments and reviews around 10 times faster while retaining final Git review and release approval.
• AI operations & handover. Built missing-file monitoring that triggers an agent to ask providers about missed deliveries and request regeneration. Captured client-specific reconciliation, validation and delivery procedures in reusable agent skills, enabling colleagues to follow the process alongside Python scripts.
• Automated delivery. Built ingestion, processing and release workflows running every 15 minutes and handling around 3,000 files daily, with volumes continuing to grow. This replaced an estimated 3-4 staff hours of routine manual handling per day. Mandatory validation errors and reconciliation breaks hold delivery for review.
• Controlled releases. Specified database/API changes and validated developers' implementation of per-client release controls, allowing clean data to proceed while another client's validation or reconciliation exceptions remain held.
• Coverage & quality. Led bond-data provider selection and pricing negotiations, then built a daily API feed enriching around 10,000 bonds. Expanded coverage and yield-to-maturity/duration data supported client acquisition. Added source-versus-calculated valuation checks and monitoring for currency, bond-factor and stale or anomalous-price differences.
• Technical leadership. Migrated legacy C# mappings to JSON and introduced a shared Git codebase, mapping version history and repository-to-Blob synchronisation. Designed the Python/Azure Functions preprocessing architecture and monitoring. Trained graduate colleagues and a trainee. I review mapping and preprocessing changes before release.

Financial-data operations across provider deliveries, feed configuration, mappings and reporting for specialist finance teams.

• Provider coordination. Coordinated earlier deliveries with major banks and brokers. Moved broker-statement collection from manual downloads to SFTP feeds, arranging provider setup and internal handovers.
• Data controls & reporting. Configured data feeds and implemented mapping updates for reconciliation, accrual and collateral-cash teams, and supported reporting on collateral balances.
• Local LLM pilot. Beta-tested a locally hosted LLM introduced for data privacy. Explored SQL schemas and data relationships, supported data-quality reporting, and compared outputs before and after mapping changes. Gathered practical examples and shared findings with colleagues.
• Technical training. Trained colleagues in regex-based file selection and an internal PDF-extraction tool, including field mapping and extraction rules.

Practical automation alongside clear-aligner design and manufacturing.

• Workflow automation. Built a Python script to automate shipping-label printing while working on clear-aligner design and manufacturing.

Operational continuity, supplier selection and reporting in a family-owned agribusiness.

• Operational continuity. Temporarily covered the owner's day-to-day responsibilities, coordinating work across 30 staff and resolving issues to maintain business continuity.
• Supplier selection. Sourced an alternative grain-haulage provider with rates approximately 20% below the incumbent.
• Management reporting. Digitised handwritten records in Excel and introduced Excel/Tableau reporting on silo movements, grain quality, transport and harvest yield by field.
• Cloud migration. Migrated accounting and reporting from on-site Windows Server to hosted infrastructure, managing provider selection, VPN access, licensing and team transition during power disruptions.

Commercial finance, forecast analysis and practical automation of reporting work.

• Finance automation. Automated recurring reporting and forecast preparation with Excel/VBA and command-line scripts, including folder creation, file copying and renaming, and workbook-link updates. Used Google Maps API distance calculations from travel invoices for annual carbon reporting. Together, these automations saved an estimated month of manual work annually.
• P&L forecasting. Consolidated management estimates for P&L forecasts, calculated financial impacts and reviewed assumptions and cost opportunities with senior finance colleagues.
